The Vexanova Technique™: Your Mindset Reset

You can have the perfect planner, a beautifully organised house and a budget spreadssheet to die for… but if your mindset is working against you, you’ll stay stuck in the same overwhelm, guilt and frustration for a long time to come.


That’s why The Vexanova Technique™ is part of my coaching approach. It’s designed to help you clear the mental clutter; the false beliefs, unhelpful stories and old thought patterns that keep you stuck in reactive, exhausting cycles.


Because real balance starts in your mind before it shows up in your life.



What is The Vexanova Technique™?


The Vexanova Technique™ is a simple 5-step mindset process we created to help busy, overwhelmed mums like you shift from limiting beliefs to empowered action.


We call it the 5R's and it’s designed to help you recognise what’s keeping you stuck, rewrite the belief, and reinforce the mindset that actually serves you.


Here’s how it works:


1. RECOGNISE – Spot the belief that’s keeping you stuck.

  • “I never have enough time.” 
  • “I’m failing at being organised.”
  • “I have to do it all or it'll never get done.”
     

We can’t change what we don’t acknowledge. This step brings awareness to the story running the show.


2. REVEAL – Understand where it came from.

  • Is it something you learnt growing up? 
  • A message society or social media drilled into you?
  • An expectation you placed on yourself?
     

We uncover the why behind the belief, so you can release what no longer serves you.


3. REPLACE – Shift to a belief that actually supports your growth.
We intentionally swap out the old, exhausting narrative for one grounded in truth and grace:

  • “I choose where my time goes.”
  • “Being organised is a skill I can learn.”
  • “I don’t have to do it all on my own, forever.”
     

4. REWRITE – Apply the new belief in your daily life.
This isn’t just positive thinking, it’s action.

  • Setting boundaries
  • Saying no without guilt
  • Creating routines that align with your values
     

5. REINFORCE – Strengthen it through small, consistent habits.
Lasting change happens through repetition. We anchor the new belief with simple daily choices that build confidence and momentum over time.



Why It Works

You can declutter your schedule, your home and your to-do list, but if you’re still carrying beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll never get on top of this,” the overwhelm sneaks back in.
